At Breathe Fitness, our Breathe Run Strong group is all about fun, progress, and that feel-good post-run buzz. We meet every Tuesday at 5.30 pm for a steady 5k that suits all levels, from newer runners to people who just want a motivating weekly push.
The vibe is friendly, relaxed, and supportive, and no one is ever left behind.
Each week has a clear focus to keep things fresh and help you get stronger without getting bored. Sessions include:

These workouts are designed to boost stamina, power, and confidence so you can really feel your running improve.
Sessions are £4 each, or you can grab a six week block for £21 for great value and extra consistency.
