A Return to group training.

So as this week commences we return to group training sessions. Group training can make a huge difference to your fitness and motivation.
This week Breathe beginners running group returns on Tuesday evenings in Kingsbridge and on Wednesday mornings we return to bootcamp in the park.
Yes these sessions are going to be slightly different from the past but I am so looking forward to training with you all in real life rather than into a screen. Lets just hope the beautiful weather we have enjoyed over the lock-down period doesn't leave us too soon and we can enjoy some sunny and dry sessions together.
